Making Purchase & TERMS And CONDITIONS

(A) TO MAKE YOUR PURCHASE

Step 1: Read and Agree to the Purple Lavender Terms & Conditions of service. (see Section B)

Step 2: Contact us by one of the following methods to arrange payment and postage/pick up of the items.

(B) TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PAYMENT:


All prices shown on the site are in Australian Dollars only &

The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Money Order
  • Bank Cheque
  • Cheque
  • Direct Debit
  • C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) - for locals only

2. POSTAGE/SHIPPING:

We use Australia Post for all shipping. All postage/shipping costs will be paid by customer. Postage cost can be viewed at http://www.auspost.com.au/. We don't keep any back orders unless specifically requested.

3.RETURN POLICY:

Return Policy Returns are accepted with in 14 days of the delivery of the goods. Goods Should be in there original shape & packing (with tags) .You need to contact us to seek an authorization for the returns. The goods can be replaced/ exchanged but can not be refunded. Any cost incurred for returned items will be at customer’s expense.Specials & discounted items are not returnable. We will not refund change of mind purchases,however the faulty stock will be replaced/exchanged to the same value of items .

4.SECURITY & PRIVACY:

We are committed to protect your privacy while interacting with us. All information you provide is treated confidentially and will not be given to any other party unless the law requires it. If you do not wish to receive any correspondence form us please contact us and we will remove your name from our database.
